I've been trying to install nginx 1.17.0 with the following configuration:

I'm unable to get this to build with any of the --add-dynamic-modules referenced. I believe that I used this before without issue and am trying to clear up what problem I have now. I get the following error on build:

adding module in /etc/nginx/modules/ngx-http-headers-more-filter
./configure: error: no /etc/nginx/modules/ngx-http-headers-more-filter/config was found

That same error pops up with any of them.
