Hi all,

I was trying to enable TLSv1.1 and TLSv1.2 on my website but it seems they always got disabled whatever I tried.

Here is what I've tried:
- I installed nginx from Dotdeb with OpenSSL 1.0.1c on Ubuntu 12.04 on a KVM VPS and enable TLSv1.1 and TLSv1.2 protocol but it didn't work (only TLSv1 worked).
- I installed nginx from NGINX official repo with OpenSSL 1.0.1c on Ubuntu 12.04 on a KVM VPS and enable TLSv1.1 and TLSv1.2 protocol but it didn't work (only TLSv1 worked).
- I think it maybe my VPS issue so I purchased another OpenVZ VPS, did the same as above with Ubuntu 12.04 and TLSv1.1 and 1.2 still refused to work.
- I reinstalled my VPS with Debian 6 and install OpenSSL 1.0.1c from Debian 7 beta packages, it still didn't work :(

Could someone please help me figure out what did I miss?
