Rewrite HTTP to HTTPS in the Content of a Webpage?

Hi guys

I'm using nginx as SSL reverse proxy and what i'm searching right now is
a method to rewrite HTTP Links to HTTPS, that are Part of the loaded web-page content.
Rewrites within the URL on access and such works fine.

The goal is, to only allow HTTPS trought the Firewall -> nginx -> backend server.

Now if on the Backend Server a user clicks on a Link that starts with HTTP and goes to anothper page on the same server, right now he would get an error because the firewall blocks the HTTP-Request, before nginx has the chance to rewrite the Link to HTTPS.

i know that MS ISA-Server can do that, im sure nginx can too :-)

Anyone an idea what could help on that?
Hope you guys get what i mean :-)

thanks
DW
