I need to use third party javascript that is served via http, but that violate my ssl security on site.
Is there any possibility to use it from that source not violating https.

You can try to "proxy_pass" the javascript ...but
a. you have to adjust the html content, because the client get it from your (ssl enabled) server
b. you should maybe check expire/caching/compression.
