SVN on Nginx without Apache. Possible?
July 22, 2010 01:50AM
Hi All,

We have moved all websites/portals we have to the nginx over the time except our SVN repo.

I tried many times but failed to find a good solution to get SVN working on Nginx.

Please be noted accessing SVN from browser is important for us using URLs like http://svn.example.com/myrepo/trunk/

Is there any way to achieve this without using Apache?

If not, how to use apache in backend for SVN only. I really hate installing Apache and I do not want it to get any request from any other site on the same machine.

Please help. This SVN is hogging up one complete physical machine and IP address in our office. :-(

Thanks,
-Rahul
