You create a folder 'nginx' inside /home/YourUser/, and inside that you create a folder 'yourdomain.com' (replaced with of course the domain you want the configuration to apply to). Example: it would be /home/JohnDoe/johnsilverware.com/. Inside this folder create a file with any name ending with a .conf extension.
