I believe this is correct place for questions about the forum. I just tried to create an account using personal xxx@outlook.com email address. The activation email never appeared, I think it was maybe blocked but I could not see it in junk. I think outlook might have flagged it as spam before this and dropped it.

I did manage to create this account using a work email address.

Just want to point out potential issue with the forum.

No, that isn't the case. I am using a @live.com email address and am having the same issue. Actually, I'm trying to do a password recovery for an old account that I signed up for, but don't remember the password. When I enter the account email address, it says the password recovery email was sent, however, I promise you, I am not receiving these emails, nor is my spambox.
