I try to build an artistic physical website where people could displace a camera to visit a museum exhibit from anywhere on the web. The mechanical online driving is relatively easy to do (at least I know how to do it) wheras the broadcasting of the webcam images is a problem outside of the local network. I have tried different approaches: gstreamer, ffmpeg, jsmpeg, mjpg-streamer... to no avail. Now I am trying to use nginx+obs and I run into some difficulties like this one:
I get this error message about my ports:
nginx: [emerg] listen() to 0.0.0.0:1935, backlog 511 failed (98: Address already in use)

and I do not know what to do to free them. What can be running on port 1935????
Should I change it to another value? That means I should change some setting in OBS?
