I write a module, and that module requires some libs and include files, how should i do in the config file?

Hi,all:
I write a module,and that module requires some libs and include files.I add them in the
objs/Makefile, so myquestion is that is there a graceful solution to let the compiler to know the libs and include files, for example some settings in the config file of the module directory. Thanks a lot.
