That's exactly the reason why I don't want to change this without
a good reason (and an explanation why the change was done in
RFC7232). Current behaviour is one required by RFC2616.
Difference with the behaviour required by RFC7232 at most can
result in suboptimal operation. Nothing really bad can happen.
