As we go even further off-topic, I don't think "educating your client"
is necessarily the answer. Most people who have actually had clients
realize the futility of this endeavor. Once a client is "educated"
about some previously obscure topic, they expect to utilize that
education to make decisions, decisions they usually had no idea they
even cared about prior to their "education". This often has the effect
of leading the client into micro-management, which is a known precursor
to FAIL.
