Are there any limitations on file size?

What's the largest you've tested with?

Can the domain be an nginx $variable?

Where does $mogilefs_path come from? Is that a field that comes from
the upload form? Perhaps that negates the need for the last question
then... Although it allows the client to mess with the post field and
alter the location.
