Well at least the nginx setup seems in working order.

Now do you see any more detailed messages on the agents (like extended ip/port info / connection error)?


Also you could inspect the network traffic to see if the centos box receives connections.

For example with: tcpdump -n -v -i eth0 udp port 1514
(replace the eth0 with whatever your interface name for the 192.x network is on the centos box)
