Ok, now you need to know the IPs that the main office uses for outbound
HTTP requests.

However, it seems unlikely that *everyone* at the main office wants to
be on staging. You're probably better off setting up split-horizon DNS
at the main office and forcing staging on only the people who volunteer
to be on staging.

Though if devs flip back and forth between environments, it's probably
worthwhile to show them how to edit their local machine's hosts file.
