If you read http://nginx.org/en/linux_packages.html, you will see that
there are two sets of repositories listed.

One is at http://nginx.org/packages/centos/6/x86_64/RPMS/

The other is at http://nginx.org/packages/mainline/centos/6/x86_64/RPMS/
