Then, back to square one.
Usually, when lynx is 403 forbidden, as far as I can remember, it was nginx. If I
read well the document with the link provided above, it means that the "browser
integrity" from nginx mod_security seems to have a setting blocking alternative
light browsers like lynx. If it's actually the case, nginx mod_security
is concluding that lynx is a "compromised browser" way too easily.
