Hello,

You should use the following in /etc/apt/sources.list if you wish to use the latest (mainline) version of nginx.

deb http://nginx.org/packages/mainline/debian/ codename nginx
deb-src http://nginx.org/packages/mainline/debian/ codename nginx

http://nginx.org/en/linux_packages.html#mainline
