We have just started to work with Nginx and have installed by adding the nginx repositry to our debian 7 installs. It works almost perfectly out of the box as such. However we need to add GeoIP support, so the question is what is the best method of doing this. I really don't want to compile our own install and break the simple apt-get upgrade path in the future if we have a choice.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
