I'm loosing you here, I posted the file called "php", and that only has one include which is to fastcgi_params which is below:

fastcgi_param SERVER_SOFTWARE nginx/$nginx_version;

fastcgi_param REMOTE_ADDR $remote_addr;
fastcgi_param REMOTE_PORT $remote_port;
