I have configured and packaged an installer for Nginx 0.7.65 (the latest stable version), PHP 5.3.2, and Mysql 5.1.46. Also included is adminer, a kindof minimal (1 file, 180kb) version of phpmyadmin.

It's an almost 50mb file as mysql is very big, but it can be run on almost any computer.
