I just installed nginx and I am wondern if that is possible: Can I spawn workers as uid X dedicated to a server block?

I though about that because I can spawn php-fpm workers as uid x, but if someone would break into the worker he would have read access in other server blocks. If I could dedicate workers and put start them as user x, I could apply stricter permissions to each server block root directory, so that the worker could not read in different root dirs.
