I'm a newbe with nginx. I'm using nginx for http reverse to apache with proxy_pass http://127.0.0.1:8008/;
I'm just curious if every request from nginx to apache will calculated the hosting bandwidt?
how about proxy_pass http://173.192.58.1:8008/; ?

Assuming the proxy pass points to localhost (127.0.0.1 ) you will not incur bandwidth charges. Typically, bandwidth is measured at the switch level or above. - Dustin
