I need someone who could setup a nginx streaming server with php. I have setup some, but I can't make it work as I would like to, and without bandwidth limit on the streaming... well bandwidth max out in no seconds.

Servers:
sever 1: hosting all web + media
server 2: mariadb + nginx-reverse for image, (offloading IO on server one)


what's the coal here, have the two servers as fast as possible, behind cloudflare.
