A script to install latest Nginx with BoringSSL & HTTP/3 support

I stumbled upon a script to install Nginx and it didn't quite work. I tweaked a couple of things and it seems to work just fine now.

I tested this on a vanilla install of Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.

I hope it helps you.
