I recently wanted to live stream a game to another PC.
I used twitchTV but came across about 5 seconds lag which is unbearable.
I was thinking of making the stream direct. from my pc to the the other (no other sites involved), I just need a peer-to-peer transfer of the monitor.

I already use ffsplit. it streams to an rtmp server. Is there a way ican setup such a server on my PC with nginx?
