Nginx for just one site, all other sites apache?
March 23, 2011 07:59AM
Hi All,

I have a dilemma. I have one server.. and I need nginx to be running for just one website on the server, and the rest to continue to be running apache. So far I have been able to get them both working by using different ports etc... But I cant seem to figure out if there is a way to config the services to run this way... I have apache running on port 80.. and nginx on 8081. I would like all the sites except the one to be running via apache on the 80... and then the one site to be running via nginx on 8081... do you guys know anyway I can acheive this on the one server..???

Sorry if this is a dumb question...

Tks..:)

-- If you're not interested in using Varnish Cache just ignore the those bits and adjust NGINX / Apache ports as necessary.
