I have 2 questions, I search on Google some replies, but nothing really good.

1) I know it's possible to change version number/server name with a compilation install of Nginx,
bit is it possible to change this and/or switch to server token off with an apt-get debain install of Nginx ?

2) I search in my Debian lenny the directory to change the templates of the 4XX, 5XX errors,
but not found.
