I latencies on my server Nginx Web, pages are very slow to charge either PhpMyAdmin the site itself, another CMS, or anything else ...

J'ai des latences sur mon serveur WEB Nginx, les pages sont très très lentes à chargées que ce soit PhpMyAdmin, le site en lui même, un autre CMS, ou quoi que ce soit d'autre...
