Hello,

I need to redirect an administration service that is running at " http://www.xyz:1234 " to " http://admin.xyz.com ", while keeping http://www.xyz.com running on port 80 (public website)

I only have one ip and nginx running on a single machine...

I've got a domain and i've tried to create a SRV Record on it, but it seems that i can't simply use DNS SRV Records do forward subdomains to specific ports...additionally, i've been told that i need to do it on the web server itself...

Could someone please explain and/or post a configuration file on how to acomplish this ?
