HttpAccessModule subnet rules

Hi, i have documentation where write subnets for validation on our server

IP Address
xx.xxx.xx.0/27
xx.xxx.xx.32/27
xx.xxx.xx.0/27

but second not working. I try write xx.xxx.xx.0/26 then work, but now 32 ip have access to content.
Workaround write 32 ip from 32 to 63, but this really write subnet rule by one line?

allow xx.xxx.xx.32/27;

Best Regards,
Sergei.

P.S. nginx version: nginx/1.1.19
