Hi Friends,

I am using nginx as a reverse proxy to four of our major websites. Recently we noticed that "proxy_cache_use_stale updating" doesn't working.

e.g. I verified on my local machine by setting up nginx and backend server. I used cache expiration of 1 min. After 1min when I again make the request nginx waits for backend to recieve the updated response rather than return the response from stale cache.

Can any one help me point out what is wrong with my config (attached here with)?
