I'm desperately looking for an NginX RPM package with ngx_http_secure_download_module for RHEL/CentOS5.

Would you please point me to a link or point me to a detailed tutorial on how to compile it from source in order to obtain the same configuration I already have (nginx/1.1.14 from EPEL repo).
