Hi, i have a website what have a lot of urls with % in the url like:

http://miletra.net/lyrics/100%.html (Please copy url dont click)

and show the error: 400 Bad Request i dont know what to do, im running nginx like a reverse proxy for server static content. Somebody can help me?
