Running correctly?
November 11, 2011 09:13PM
Hi all,

I'm a little new to Nginx, and I'm having a hell of a time getting the program to listen on port 80. I believe my nginx.conf file(s) [found here: http://pastebin.com/3nQHE68y and http://pastebin.com/vqn8iCnw] are set up correctly, but when I run nginx, nothing is listening on port 80 when I use [netstat -lp | grep 80].

I talk extensively here (http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r26535788-TWC-KCMO-Independent-Hosting-Woes) about how I believe the problem might exist because of my ISP or router, but we have yet to get anywhere.

Any help will be greatly appreciated, and I hope to hear back from you. This has been driving me (and the people around me) bonkers for the past few days.

Thank you,

Zach Fleeman
