We need to work with relatively big caches - in the order of 500GB - for video chunks of two types (i) approx 100KB and (ii) chunks of 3-4MB.
let's assume 50/50 split.

- Any good pointer/URL when to read about similar experiences and problems?

- Any problems in configuring nginx?

For example, today i can only allocate some 60GB, If I try
bigger - the error is "mmap(MAP_ANON|MAP_SHARED, 524288000000) failed (22: Invalid argument)"
(nginx 0.8.54, RH Enterprise)

- Any hint how to avoid cache cleaning slows sown significantly the system?
