I'd like to do some real time log evaluation. On apache I just piped the access log to a script like this:

CustomLog |/opt/script format
[/code]

Is there a way to do this on nginx ("access_log |/opt/script format" doesn't work) or alternatively to write the logs directly to MySQL?
