Rewrite URL form classic ASP site - 9 years ago

We are moving our site from classic ASP to PHP host on nginx. I would like to manually enter a list of URL to rewrite to the new PHP page with 301 permanent move. I have the list in excel now. We are currently running the old site with www.domain.com where the new site is domain.com without the www. Will shut down the old site once we have the URL redirected.
