Finally found it :) There was also a proxy.conf present whete the parameter client_max_body_size was set to 10M. Changed it to 128M and problem solved !

Updated to nginx 1.21.6 -> same problem: 484#484: *26 client intended to send too large body: 10870728 bytes, client: x.x.x.x, server: xxx, request: "POST /nzbget/jsonrpc HTTP/2.0", host: "xxx", referrer: "https://xxx/nzbget/"

Hi folks,
This morning I got the following message when I tried to add a large nzb file to nzbget: ..."client intended to send too large body"... I already changed the client_max_body_size and set it to 0, reload nginx, altered php.ini and restarted it but no luck so far.
I'm running Debian GNU/Linux system. nginx -t gives the following result:
