Nginx stops processing requests hours after a restart - 2 months ago

Hi everyone, I am encountering a problem whenever updating my website's SSL certificate and then restarting Nginx (I use nginx -s quit for stopping Nginx). After Nginx is restarted, it continues processing incoming requests as normal. However, after a few hours (10-12 hours), it stops processing requests.
