Racking my head over a missing Content-Type header - 1 year ago

Hi, I have a location override that returns a json file and should set the content type to application/json. For some reason the content type is set to application/octet-stream, even though the file is read correctly. The config and mime.types file is below. Is there something obviously wrong here?
