The nginx-extras package is only available in the nginx ppa. The official nginx package only provides a vanilla nginx install (no third party modules). --- Kurt Cancemi http://www.getwnmp.org On Fri, Aug 8, 2014 at 2:14 PM, talkingnews <nginx-forum@nginx.us> wrote: > Aleksandar Lazic Wrote: > >> Why don't using the nginx one? > > I would love to, but I tried before and Iby x64architecture - Nginx Mailing List - English
Hello, Could your issue be caused by this bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openssl/+bug/965371. It looks like Ubuntu is not going to fix this bug in precise. Also see here http://serverfault.com/questions/436737/forcing-a-particular-ssl-protocol-for-an-nginx-proxying-server. In the previous link the person has the same problem and resolved it by downgrading openssl. There are a fewby x64architecture - Nginx Mailing List - English

To change the Maximum execution time, in your php.ini change max_execution_time 30 to 120. The maximum execution time is how low a php script may run for in seconds. --- Kurt Cancemi http://www.getwnmp.org On Wed, Jun 18, 2014 at 11:19 AM, c0nw0nk <nginx-forum@nginx.us> wrote: > Looking at it PHP, MySQL and Nginx have no changes in CPU although PHP did > spike in I/O usage. > >by x64architecture - Nginx Mailing List - English
Hello, There is no way to do this with the packages from nginx.org, without recompiling nginx, with the --with-http_geoip_module build flag. Unless you do it on another level (e.g. with the geoip php extension) which I am assuming you don't want. You could set up your own repo. --- Kurt Cancemi http://www.getwnmp.org --- Kurt Cancemi http://www.getwnmp.org On Tue, Jun 17, 2014 at 9:59 PM, Theby x64architecture - Nginx Mailing List - English
Hello, this is unrelated to nginx and has to do with mod_security. There is an alternative if it suits your needs called naxsi. Hello, I think this is only supported in the commercial edition of nginx. You are using the ngx_cache_purge module see here https://github.com/FRiCKLE/ngx_cache_purge/blob/master/TODO.md, which doesn't support wildcard urls. --- Kurt Cancemi http://www.getwnmp.org On Sat, May 31, 2014 at 12:40 PM, Ventzy <nginx-forum@nginx.us> wrote: > I have cache setup like this: > > proxy_caby x64architecture - Nginx Mailing List - English
Hello, Would thishttps://github.com/lovette/nginx-tools/tree/master/nginx-minify-confsuit your needs? And the nginx configuration files are written in there own language/syntax. Hello, This has not been fixed in current nginx releases, this is not directly related to nginx either, the problem is outdated terminal emulators would parse the potentially malicious commands in the log file. This answer http://unix.stackexchange.com/a/15210 explains it better. --- Regards, Kurt Cancemi On Sat, May 10, 2014 at 2:59 PM, B.R. <reallfqq-nginx@yahoo.fr> wrote: > I justby x64architecture - Nginx Mailing List - English
