Ocelot Tracker Conf - 6 years ago

I'm sure that most of you are aware of the Gazelle/Ocelot project and my issue is with the conf for the Ocelot tracker. We have the site running nicely but with a caveat FL Tokens are not expiring and are causing Ocelot 1.0 WCD version to go crazy and spit out the same error in screen as shown in the attached below.
