Adding SSL certificates to connection - 3 months ago

Hello everyone, I am very new to nginx and am trying to do something I am not sure is possible. I am trying to proxy a (non-SSL-encrypted) connection from the frontend to a backend with SSL enabled (self signed certificates). The catch is that I would like for the frontend to not have to install the certificates, because they will be added by the nginx server that proxies the request to the st
