Add a method to combine ssl_preread_protocol and ssl_preread_server_name in the stream configuration. e.g. right now, I can handle SSL-SSH-Port-Multiplexing. I can also handle SSL-SNI-Passthrough. But I can't use SSL-SNI-Passthrough together with SSL-SSH-Port-Multiplexing. In the steaming-map configuration, it should be possible to handle IP addresses: e.g. a website may be called with https://example.int ! but also with ! https://public_ip https://private_ip https:// If it's called by IP address, then $name is BLANK, and one needs to set default to catch this.
