Nginx should release a version that is an Apache Module, so Apache users can install Nginx as a module, and Nginx can trick cPanel by Nginx handling static AND dynamic requests and Apache will just be there to make cPanel happy so it will work and users can still have all cPanel features coz Nginx does not work with cPanel.by ryan14 - Ideas and Feature Requests
Nginx should have a feature where the admin can set the maximum incoming/outgoing bandwidth(http/https/ftp, etc) that Nginx can use per month(30 days). So nginx has a reverse proxy cache built-in, how long does nginx keep files in the cache before they expire? And how does Nginx know when New content has been added to the original file? Does nginx compare the cache files to the original files every 1 minute to check for new content or changes?by ryan14 - Other discussion
Nginx should develop a Control Panel(like cPanel), but instead of Apache you can use Nginx. It can have statistics, phpmyadmin, domain name manage, mail, mysql, php, server info etc. Basically just make a Control panel that has all the features of cPanel but have Nginx instead of Apache.by ryan14 - Ideas and Feature Requests
well if the litespeed web server(litespeedtech.com) is compatible with cpanel, plesk, ensim, direct admin, why can't nginx be compatible with cpanel? You should make it compatible with cPanel so it over-rides/disables Apache, so nginx can be the main server with cPanel.by ryan14 - Other discussion
Hi, I am going to be running a server with a php/mysql social networking site that has ssl(https) for login only and also css and javascript. I am trying to decide whether to use nginx OR apache. What are the pros and cons? Does nginx serve dynamic content too or just static content? Does nginx work with SSL(https)? Does nginx support mod rewrite url WITHOUT .htaccess like www.url.com/by ryan14 - Other discussion
