Hello all,
OS:Ubuntu 20.04
I've setup Nginx with apache + Virtualmin to work as a reverse proxy everything done correctly and i can access the default nginx page however my main website directory is in different location such as
/home/mydomain/public_html/index.php
i really don't understand how to point nginx to that location :(
vhost
/etc/nginx/site-available/
mydomain.com
server {
listen 80;
root /home/mydomain/public_html;
index index.php index.html index.htm;
server_name mydomain.com;
location / {
try_files $uri $uri/ /index.php;
}
location ~ \.php$ {
proxy_set_header X-Real-IP $remote_addr;
proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-For $remote_addr;
proxy_set_header Host $host;
proxy_pass http://127.0.0.1:8080$request_uri;
}
location ~ /\.ht {
deny all;
}
}
vhost
/etc/nginx/site-available/

# In most cases, administrators will remove this file from sites-enabled/ and
# leave it as reference inside of sites-available where it will continue to be
# updated by the nginx packaging team.
#
# This file will automatically load configuration files provided by other
# applications, such as Drupal or Wordpress. These applications will be made
# available underneath a path with that package name, such as /drupal8.
