I previously used windows with IIS web server and web.config rewrite rules but trying to setup NGINX on linux ubuntu.

I'm not quite sure how the config for nginx works and looks very puzzling at first glance, I have a folder in www/website i would like to store .php fles, I have PHP installed and works fine on apache2 but when I tried to set up config on nginx I get "No input file specified."
