Dear all forum staffs...

I just use nginx, honestly I really like your software-you all made. It's great! but many are also still find it difficult to use. I was hoping to get good support, but I was wrong. So many questions that are not in charge and in simply ignored. So what's the use you make of this forum?

I actually get help from another site, not from this official site.
so ... please fix your support. if you lack the human resources, there is no harm in making a "Support Team" by appointing new staff for that.

You asked one question, a question which has been asked and answered elsewhere many, many times, and then you complain that you can't get help? Your expectations are unrealistic.
