We have used nginx for our http server for months.

A couple of weeks ago, I was thinking about supporting IP/ISP based redirecting. After I did some researching, I found a module named "GeoIP". But finally I gave it up because it based on a closed source library. It's not easy to customize the IP database.

So I decided to develop my first NginX module called IspIP. I've deployed my module on our http server for days. It works well.
I want to open source my module, where/who should I submit my module to? Please let me know.
