where is php-fpm for php 5.2.9 now?

I'm already using php 5.2.10 with the new php-fpm patch. Here's the
problem though:

I want to install APC and memcached now. I started following this:

http://interfacelab.com/nginx-php-fpm-apc-awesome/

But with php 5.2.10, when it comes time to do the PECL install stuff--
on Ubuntu Jaunty--I hit the "pear.php.net is using a unsupported
protocal - This should never happen.", as described, with solution,
here:

http://www.pear-forum.org/post-5065.html

Unfortunately the annoying solution is to first install php 5.2.9
again (see bottom of thread of above URL).

Prior to php 5.2.10, I was successfully using the php 5.2.8 php-fpm
patch with php 5.2.9. Unless someone has a better suggestion, I just
want to do this again, then follow the steps to subsequently install
php 5.2.10 again.

Thanks,
Chris

You can install from pecl manually (and I've had to in the past with
apc anyway as it wants special configure options or else it fails)

All the patches are up at http://php-fpm.org/downloads/ the 5.2.9 one
says unofficial on it, FYI.

Thanks. I had tried

pear channel-update pear.php.net

which was failing, but I discovered that first doing

pear upgrade pear
...then
pear channel-update pear.php.net

...allowed me to install memcache, APC, etc.
